The 2019 AAPA Convention is coming up soon! We write to provide you with detailed information on the poster session during this year's Convention in San Diego, California. 

Poster Dimensions & Mounting Supplies

Please construct and print your poster(s) in the dimensions of 3 feet X 4 feet (36 inches X 48 inches). The AAPA Planning Committee will provide a tri-fold board and other mounting supplies (e.g., push pins and binder clips) for each poster presentation. Your poster(s) will be affixed on this 3ft X 4ft tri-fold backboard, and tri-folds will be placed on long tables. You are encouraged to bring additional mounting supplies (e.g., binder clips, push pins) and handouts as needed. 

This year convention will be held at the San Diego State University (550 Campanile Drive, San Diego, CA 92182). There will be signs and volunteers to help you with directions and where to display your posters on the dates of the convention.
